Originally available in the Pre-TF line, they were released both in Japan and Italy. There were 3 of them: Drill, Sky, and F-1 (or if you prefer the Italian version, Zetar, Cromar, and Aragon).
  Eventually released in the US and other countries as 'Power-Dashers' through a mail-away promotion (money plus robot-points, like Reflector and the Omnibots, Dashers were only available through the mail), they were given a few cosmetic-changes. Drill-Dasher, for one, had his pointy nosecone shaved down (for safety purposes, I suppose...)
