In June of 2004, as the story goes, Hasbro reps prowled the large chain stores across the nation (Walmart, Target, etc) and placed these yellow stickers on most every carded deluxe and basic figure:
 At the time of this writing, this sticker has been found on all available Deluxe figures at the time (Hotshot, Inferno, Rodimus, Prowl, Demolisher) and all basics (Perceptor, E-Saber, Battle Ravage, Cruelock, SignalFlare, Strongarm, Skyblast).
