Like his counterpart Ticker, believes that the mind of a transformer is more important than its body. As such, he's more of a thinker than a soldier.

Notes: Not much to note, except that I like the alternate-robot-mode idea quite a bit (I saw him mistransformed like that once, so I decided to consider it his 'alternate' mode). It makes sense, given that he would want to transform differently in order to shift his bulk for maximum balance. Prototype | Final Packaged Scoot was the lucky draw raffle prize at Dairycon 2003.
