Profile: ASS-09 is a Maximal from the future, and a member of the Cult of Unicron. An ambitious robot, he desires not only to worship the dark deity, but to become his equal. He assumed the cover identity of a lowly file clerk, finally managing to weasel his way into the Maximal archives. There, he was able to view many seperate timelines in which Unicron had fought the Transformers, and been defeated. He determined that the only way to achieve his goal would be to enter one of these battles himself, and destroy as many of the Autobots and Decepticons as he could in order to prevent Unicron from being destroyed. In order to acheive this goal, he would need an army united army under his command. He aquired from the archives the rare "Genetronic Translink" technology that would allow him to control many mindless duplicates of his body from his spark alone. Abilities: Besides his natural charisma, ASS-09 has the power to extinguish a Transformers' spark with a mere touch. Only the power of, alternately, the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, the Stormsword, or the Allspark can possibly hope to defeat him. As he is not truly alive, but a construct housing a tiny sliver of his master's essence, he cannot be "killed", as such. ASS-09's greatest asset is his Genetronic Translink, which allows him to control an as yet indeterminate number of identical clone bodies over extreme distances. He can see and hear everything that each clone does, and intereact with others as if he were there himself. Thus, he can remain in safety while also fighting his enemies. His original body also contains the ability to literally suck the spark out of a Transformer and kill them instantly. Weaknesses: ASS-09's clones do not possess his ability to snuff out Transformer life, so in order to utilize it, he must enter the fray himself. While he is able to control an entire legion of Automated Security Sentries using the Genetronic Translink, if he can be distracted, his clones can be dispatched with relative ease. His devotion to Unicron can blind him to the realities of his current situation. Exposure to the power of the Matrix can literally erase him...if only an Autobot could be found who can open it... Robot Mode | Boxed Notes: Ass-09 is a shared exclusive between Dairycon, Cybcon, Dutchbotcon, Gamer's Reunion, and the secret online group Autocon. Each had a specific color assigned to them; in order to complete a set, you would have had to attend all 4 conventions, and be a member of Autocon in to get the mystery net-exclusive fifth version.
