The weapon has no allegiences, merely reflecting the faction of the user. Thus, it is capable of great good...or greater evil...

Functions as the, 'eye in the sky', scanning hi-res images and beaming them to his comrades. When earth-bound, has the ability to create ice-storms and instant-frigid temperatures via his wingtip-mounted lasers. Stops his opponents cold. :-) With his other two counterparts, can combine to create the StormSword.

Coordinates search, rescue, and retrival missions. Has the ability to create rapid-fire temperature changes, and ultra-heat waves. Fries his enemies' circuits on contact. With his other two counterparts, can combine to create the StormSword.

Looks over battle plans, and calculates their outcome with startling accuracy. Creates earthquakes and sonic-booms in his wake, rattling his opponents and flattening targets. In the presense of his other two counterparts, can usually over-ride his forced-programming and combine to form the StormSword.
